In Spring of 2016 the Robert F Gilley Recording Studio was approved for a new analog console for our A Studio facility. With the support of Provost Kruger, Dean William L Pelto, and the entire student body of the Recording and Production concentration of the Music Industry Studies program we were able to get and purchase a Solid State Logic (SSL) Duality Delta series 48 channel console. In May of 2016 through June of 2016, 4 students and a lot of additional help from seniors, physical plant, building managers and Hampton's Tow Truck services- we installed this amazing mixing board in our Studio A facility. This is evidence of the struggle... which was real.
